Bud nags Lou about the state of his car and his lack of driving skills. Lou has a history of running over people, including the Mayor, because his windsheild is covered in safety stickers. Lou claims to also work as a skywriter and a star pilot. Susan has broken off her engagement with Lou but he’s trying to win her back.
